INVITATION to the Forefront of Contemporary Robotics in Kinematics, Dynamics, and Control Systems

International Workshop on Robotics is a two-day workshop aiming at drawing a selfportrait of the forefront of contemporary robotics in kinematics, dynamics and control systems by the invited talks of young and distinguished research scientists and by the unreserved discussions with the participants. The keynote speakers are the leaders in robotics from the world and the the other speakers are those once studied at YNL, Department of Mechano-Informatics, University of Tokyo and continue research at various institutions. Students studying or just curious about robotics and its horizon as well as engineers and researchers using or working in robotics are all encouraged to join as participants. The workshop also celebrates the 40th anniversary of Task-Priority Based Control and the 36th anniversary of SR-inverse in robot kinematics.

The workshop starts on March 5th, 2020 and ends in the afternoon on March 6th. Immediately after the workshop, there will be the last lecture of Professor Yoshihiko Nakamura at Department of Mechano-Informatics, University of Tokyo. The participants are also welcome to join the lecture.
