The Robotics Symposia 2010 were in Yoshino-Yama on March 15-16th. It is really a unique symposium. The over-night session was most challenging and enjoyable thanks to the organizers. The photo was a pathway to Nyoirinji temple. I recalled when I had walked there in the early morning after the rain 44 years ago.

According to the recent custom of the new year’s eve, I visited a temple nearby with my family and struck a bell. It is common in a temple to strike a bell 108 times to renounce 108 worldly desires. There were more people to renounce more desires.
